Data & MLOps Engineer (M/F)

Permanent contract · Luxembourg · Partial remote work possible · 3 to 5 years of experience

The role

Many of our clients will not let their data leave their own environment. We take that constraint seriously, and you are the person who makes it hold up in production.

You build and run the infrastructure behind our AI solutions: data pipelines, model deployment, monitoring. You work closely with our AI engineers and with our clients’ IT teams, who will expect precise answers from you on security and integration.

What you will do

  • Design and maintain data pipelines: collecting, cleaning, structuring and indexing documents for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
  • Deploy models, open source ones in particular, on the client’s own infrastructure or in a private or sovereign cloud
  • Industrialise our developments: containerisation, continuous integration and deployment, versioning of models and data
  • Set up production monitoring: availability, response times, inference costs, answer quality over time
  • Apply the security standards our clients expect: fine-grained access control, encryption, logging, traceability
  • Work with clients’ IT teams on integration into their information systems
  • Write technical documentation and hand over the skills the teams taking over will need

What we are looking for

  • A master’s degree in computer science, data engineering or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in data engineering, MLOps or DevOps
  • Proven experience taking systems into production in controlled environments (on-premise or private cloud) is essential
  • Strong skills in Python, SQL and Docker, along with Linux administration. Kubernetes is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and at least one vector search solution
  • Experience with local inference tools (Ollama or similar) and frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph is welcome
  • Sound grounding in systems security and working knowledge of the GDPR
  • Fluent French and English, written and spoken. German and Luxembourgish are welcome

You like things to work for real, not just in a demo. You document what you build, because you know someone will have to maintain it after you.

What we offer

  • A permanent contract in a small team, with genuine autonomy over technical choices
  • Projects where data sovereignty is an everyday technical constraint
  • Offices in Luxembourg with the option to work partly from home
  • Responsibility and Professional Development

How to apply
