AI & Transformation Consultant (M/F)

The role

You lead our AI diagnostics. In practice, you spend time with the client’s teams to understand how they really work. You spot the tasks where AI would bring a measurable gain and rule out the ones where it would add nothing.

You are often the first person from SerendipAI the client meets. How well you listen counts as much as the quality of your recommendations.

What you will do

• Run interviews and workshops with senior management and business teams
• Map processes, day-to-day pain points and the data actually available
• Identify use cases and rank them by value, feasibility and risk
• Write diagnostic reports and roadmaps, then present them to management committees
• Build regulatory constraints into the diagnostic from the start: GDPR, AI Act, requirements specific to the client’s sector
• Work on assignments carried out under Luxinnovation’s Fit4AI programme
• Help prepare commercial proposals and, depending on your background, deliver some training sessions

What we are looking for

• A master’s degree from a business school, engineering school or university, or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of consulting experience (organisation, strategy or digital transformation), ideally on data or AI projects
• A concrete understanding of what generative AI can do today and what it cannot
• Strong writing skills and the ability to present conclusions to senior executives
• Knowledge of the Luxembourg ecosystem and of one of our target sectors (finance, liberal professions, public sector) is welcome
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken. German and Luxembourgish are welcome

A good diagnostic sometimes ends with a recommendation not to launch a project. You need to be able to say so and stand by it.
