IT & AI Project Manager (M/F)

The role

You run our client projects once the diagnostic has been approved: building the solution, integrating it into the client’s information system and training the users. You are the client’s day-to-day contact, and you coordinate the work of our engineers, consultants and trainers.

The job means being comfortable on both sides of the table. You need to follow what an engineer tells you about an architecture, then explain it to a business manager whose main question is when the tool will be ready.

What you will do

• Scope each project with the client: objectives, perimeter, deliverables, schedule and budget
• Turn business needs into functional specifications the technical team can work from
• Track progress, risks and budget, and report to both the client and our management
• Coordinate the project team day to day and decide on priorities
• Organise testing and acceptance phases with the future users
• Make sure the solution fits cleanly into the client’s existing tools and meets their security and confidentiality requirements
• Plan user onboarding with our training team so the tool actually gets adopted
• Contribute to commercial proposals on workload estimates and scheduling

What we are looking for

• A master’s degree in computer science, engineering or project management, or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing IT projects, including at least one involving data or AI
• Solid command of agile methods as well as more sequential approaches. A certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) is a plus
• Enough technical grounding to hold your own with engineers: information system architecture, APIs, databases, how large language models work
• Working knowledge of the GDPR. Some familiarity with the AI Act is welcome
• Experience in a regulated sector (finance, insurance, public sector, liberal professions) is a real advantage
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken. German and Luxembourgish are welcome
